Decor Bundles

Now booking 2021 and 2022 weddings!

Aglow is proud to offer completely customizable full service decor packages. All bundles include styling suggestions, setup and tear down and access to our ever growing inventory. Extra travel expenses will be applied if your venue is beyond Kamloops limits.

If you have items such as table favors, candy for your candy station, placement of a guest book or even personal mementos, we would be happy to place them for you (with-in reason of course and time permitting).  Sorry, our staff do not place furniture pieces supplied by our clients.  Multiple sites subject to additional charges.  If you don’t see what you are looking for – contact us!  We are constantly sourcing new items and welcome your suggestions.

Unlike other rental companies we will fully setup AND takedown all of our decor, so you get to enjoy your special day without lifting a finger.

‘WEE WEDDINGS’ aka Micro Weddings (1-50 guests)


Aglow is proud to now offer specialized Elopement Bundles for ‘Wee Weddings’. If you are having a small wedding, we would love to provide you with decor to create the most romantic and intimate event possible.  Whether your event is for 2 or 50 people, we will customize a ‘Wee Wedding’ Bundle to suite your needs and style. These Bundles are meant to assure our couples have an easy, stress-free wedding that is both economical and beautiful!

Basic Wee Wedding Ceremony $500 + Tax
This Bundle includes your choice of arch/alter marker, aisle decor (silk floral in vases or shepherds hooks + rose balls) , a signing table and decor (silk floral or candelabra) and one Harvest chair or Napoleon chair for your signing table. Full setup and take-down included if in Kamloops. No seating for guests offered with this package. 

Wee Wedding Ceremony for up to 50 guests $800 + Tax
Includes your choice of arch/alter marker, aisle decor (silk floral in vases or shepherds hooks + rose balls) , a signing table and decor (silk floral or candelabra), one Harvest chair or Napoleon chair for the signing table and Napoleon chairs for all your guests. Full setup and take-down included if in Kamloops.

Wee Wedding Reception for up to 50 guests $1200 + Tax 
INDOOR VENUE: Includes your choice of table runners or overlays, chair covers and chair sashes or white napoleon chairs, centerpieces, 10-20 foot backdrop, table skirting for the head table and cake table. Full setup and take-down included if in Kamloops. Click here for an example.
OUTDOOR VENUE: Includes your choice of table runners or overlays, up to 50 white napoleon chairs, centerpieces, table cloth/overlay for head and cake table, circular arch behind head table.  Full setup and take-down included if in Kamloops.  

Need decor for your wee ceremony and reception? Book both packages and we will take 10% off the total.

Add-on items such as charger plates, table numbers, accent decor, seating charts etc, available by request.

Larger Weddings: Packages for up to 200 guests

DIAMOND BUNDLE $3,500 + Tax

The Diamond bundle is perfect for the couple that wants over the top glitz, glam and stunning beauty throughout their wedding reception at an indoor venue that provides table and chairs. This package offers full access to Aglow ENTIRE inventory.You name it, you can use it! This is the showstopper package that will leave all your guests in awe. The best part, full setup and takedown is included! 

Use any or all of the listed items:

For the reception:
White fabric chair covers (upgrade to white napoleon chairs for up to 175 chairs for only $500)
Satin chair sashes or chiffon chair caps
Table runners or table overlays including luxury options
Rhinestone chair cuffs or brooches for all chair sashes
Lighted table skirting for head and cake table
10-40 foot backdrop custom designed
Boxwood or silk floral backdrop with script or neon signage is also available.
Chandeliers placed over head table (3 available) (venue approval required)
120″ round and 90″ x 156″ rectangular white polyester tablecloths for all tables if the venue does not supply them
Votive candle holders for guest and head tables (candles included)
Assortment of glass containers for candy station including scoops and tongs
Napoleon chairs with cushions for head table seating
Perimeter room lighting (up to 8 uplights)
Choice of in in stock centerpieces
Charger plates (200 glass silver beaded or 200 classic white acrylic available)

Circular greenery arch, or copper metal backdrop for ceremony
Signing table and a chair
Chairs not included for the ceremony guests, but can be an add on item. $7 each for the white napoleon chairs, or $10 each for the gold or clear resin chiavari chairs.

SHABBY CHIC/RUSTIC/CLASSIC BUNDLE ($2,500 + Tax)

This package is for the modern couple who want an effortless, chic and beautifully simple wedding at an indoor venue that provides tables and chairs. This package is less glitz and glam than our Diamond bundle but still offers access to the essentials needed to create the most amazing day. The best part, full setup and takedown is included!

Use and or all of the following items:

For the reception:
White fabric chair covers (upgrade to white napoleon chairs for up to 175 chairs for only $500)
Satin, chiffon caps or burlap chair sashes
Burlap, floral organza, lace or satin table runners or overlays for guest, head and cake tables
Lighted table skirting for the head and cake table
10-30 foot custom designed backdrop
Wooden Harvest chairs with cushions for head table (12 available) or white Napoleon chairs with cushions for head table
Rhinestone or ornate wooden frame for seating chart (includes easel)
Votive candle holders for guest and head table (candles included)
8 strands of clear globe lights or 12 strands of floral bunting flags
Ceramic centerpiece jugs (ivory) (flowers not included) or various classic in-stock vases for centerpieces
