Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the Renter for all products rented for the entirety of duration while in Renter's possession. Any third party, or company setting up, or using products while in Renter's possession is the responsibility of the Renter. For any product that is lost, stolen, damaged or is missing parts, regardless of fault, the Renter is responsible. Any charges incurred for cleaning, replacing, or any other costs required for the product once returned shall be charged to the Renter. A credit card number will be held on file for this purpose.
Limits of Liability
It is the responsibility of the Renter for all damage and liability arising from the use of the products.
Payments and Charges
The Renter is responsible for rental charges from the time the products are “rented out” until specified it is “returned” and any charges hereunder. The Renter, agent use by the Renter, or any Third-party used by the Renter shall be responsible for and shall pay all charges hereunder. All charges are due upon “rented out” date, and any charges for repair, cleaning or otherwise determined by Aglow Weddings & Events will be due on demand.
Collection Cost
The Renter agrees to pay attorney fees, court costs, collection fees, and any other expenses incurred in collecting any charges under this agreement, in retaking the products or otherwise in enforcing the terms of this contract.
Modification of Contract
This contract represents out the entire contract and there are no collateral, oral, or other agreements outstanding.
Unsafe or dis-repaired products
The Renter shall immediately discontinue use of any product that is deemed unsafe, or in a state of disrepair.
Furthermore the Renter shall immediately notify Aglow Weddings & Events of any products that are unsafe or in disrepair. Until such time that Aglow Weddings & Events regains unsafe or dis-repaired products, it is the responsibility of the Renter to take all precautions necessary to prevent injuries to any person and all property from the use of products.
Compliance with laws
The Renter acknowledges that Aglow Weddings & Events has no control over the use of the products by the Renter and the Renter agrees, at their sole expense to comply with all municipal, provincial, or federal laws and regulations.
Taxes
Renter agrees to pay all taxes, permit fees, or licensing fees arising out of the hiring and use of products.
Inspection and acceptance of products
The Renter agrees that the products received have been inspected and all products are in good condition without apparent defects.
Payments
Aglow Weddings & Events will require full payment before your event.
Deposits
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon the signing of this rental agreement and confirmation of rental items to be ordered is acknowledged.
Return of Products
Rental items must be returned within 3 days of event, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellations
Cancellation notice of rental products and/or services provided by Aglow Weddings & Events must be received no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made after that period may incur an additional charge of 10% of the original rental cost or service fee.

We have hundreds of items for rent for your wedding or special event. If you do not see it listed below, please contact us and we can see if it is available.
Please Note: We do not offer rental options for those outside of the BC Interior except by special request and subject to availability. Please contact us for purchase inquiries (Bouquet Holders, Bouquet Jewels, Hair Accessories and Illuminated Cake Displays).
